We always thought that we were eating pretty healthfully. We read the books. We lived the diets. In July, 2010, we committed fully to opening our minds to alternatives. We researched books, websites, and watched movies dedicated to health and wellness. It was after watching a hand full of movies that we decided in August of 2011 to quit poisoning ourselves and our children with what has become to be known as the Standard American Diet. We have more energy, an amazing level of mental clarity, we sleep better, quit taking some medications, look better, as a matter of fact, we have both lost over 60 pounds, and are keeping it off.
